Rain, rain

It's been quiet in the local bird world. We have had a lot of rain over the past week or so. In fact the local TV weather broadcast says we are now in the 4th rainiest December in Rhode Island, with more to come tomorrow night. There have been a lot of House Sparrow and some Squirrels but not much else other than a Chickadee and a Red-bellied Woodpecker.

And I saw a few turkeys getting ready to roost at sunset. Here's one I highlighted.
